Terms & refunds

These Terms apply to the community, member conversations, store information, briefings, Today’s Issues, information lookup and sharing, advertising and customer support provided by the Pink Talk operator. Pink Talk is independently operated and is not an official Pi Network service.

Access may be restricted in certain countries under our operating policy. Store services are free in supported countries. Region settings do not verify location or nationality and do not change where data is stored.

• Public posts, news and store information can be viewed without signing in. Pi sign-in is required to post or comment, recommend or downvote, save posts, follow members, use member conversations, submit inquiries, and register or manage stores.
• Use your own account and keep your sign-in information secure. Signing out of Pink Talk does not delete your Pi account. Existing accounts and activity records are not merged automatically.
• Pi sign-in verifies the account connection. It does not verify a legal name, age, guardian consent, or store trustworthiness. Any legally required consent must still be obtained.
• Information processing and deletion requests are covered by the Privacy Notice. Using the service or accepting these terms does not replace separate consent required for optional processing or international transfers.

Create posts with text, photos and polls, and participate through comments, recommendations, downvotes and follows. Saving a post is a personal way to find it later and is separate from recommending it. Review your records in My Activity and manage your own posts and comments.

Activity badges are earned by meeting the displayed conditions, and an earned badge can be selected for display. The limited 500-member badge is issued in sequence to eligible first-time public authors after the event takes effect, not by sign-up order. Badges show account activity; no cash or Pi exchange is provided.

Deleting posts or comments or refreshing does not reset spam-prevention limits. Authors must respect others' copyright, image rights and privacy. Authors retain rights to their posts; the operator uses them only as needed to publish, transmit and display them within the service.

Signed-in members can request a private conversation from another member’s profile or New conversation in member chat. Messages can be exchanged after acceptance. Chat linked to goods transactions is not provided.

• Conversation credits reset to five standard requests on the first day of each month in Korean time. Standard and ad credits do not carry over. Daily ad reward counts reset at midnight Korean time. Credits are for your own account only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or Pi.
• Sending a new conversation request uses one credit, starting with standard credits. Credits are not refunded if the recipient declines. Failed requests or requests that find an existing conversation do not use credits. Messages in existing conversations do not use credits.
• Watching ads is optional. Rewards are available only when ads are provided and connected. Views that do not meet reward conditions and duplicate requests receive no additional credit. Standard credits and existing conversations remain available without watching ads.
• Chat requests can be declined. Members who are not blocked can request again, subject to the existing request cooldown and credit limits.
• Member blocks apply to both chats and the community. While either member has blocked the other, new requests and messages are restricted. Removing your block does not remove the other member's block.
• Clear from my list hides the chat and previous messages for you. The other member is not notified. New messages bring the chat back. Block the member to stop contact.
• Fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal advertising, item sale solicitations and requests for secrets are prohibited in chats. You can block the member in the chat menu or report to support.

The listing owner must comply with laws in the store’s location and countries where services are provided, and check applicable business permits, advertising, payment and tax requirements. The owner is responsible for publication rights, accurate information and photos, delivery of goods and services, cancellations and refunds. Pink Talk provides space for store listings and is not a party to store transactions. Publication does not guarantee legality or transaction safety; violating content may be restricted. This does not exclude Pink Talk’s responsibilities or users’ rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Sign in with Pi in Pi Browser and add store details and photos. Your store is listed free for three months after approval. Confirm your details to renew for another three months, free. Store updates and events are included.

Manage your listing

Edit your store using the Pi account that registered it. Only post information and photos you have the right to publish.

Publication and moderation

Publication of a store listing does not verify its business registration, real identity, ownership or transaction safety. Listings may be hidden or suspended after review of reports, rights infringements or service-policy violations.

Earlier store payment records are retained. Previously approved stores now use free listings. Rejected, suspended or review-requested listings are not automatically restored. Earlier pending applications can be published without payment after their existing review.

New Pi payments for store registration and paid renewals have ended. Stores can currently be renewed free of charge for three months at a time. Previously approved payments continue to be reconciled and recorded; contact Customer Support about errors, cancellations or refunds.

Separate banner advertising

Banner advertising is separate from free store registration. Before paying, check the placement, duration, amount and payment network shown after your application is approved. Store-product ordering, money transfers and custody of payments are not provided.

Free registration does not grant paid featured placement or verification. Previously paid featured placement may continue for its remaining term and is labelled as advertising. Editorial recommendations do not guarantee store quality or transaction safety.

New wallet connection payments paused

For duplicate or incorrect wallet payments, missing service, cancellations or refund requests, contact support with your payment ID. Refunds are not automatic; support reviews payment and delivery records and informs you of the outcome.

Cancel before payment

You can cancel on the payment screen. Contact Support to cancel or change the application itself.

Testnet errors

Report duplicate payments, missing visibility after payment or an incorrect service term, including the payment ID. The operator reviews the payment and delivery records and explains the available resolution.Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund or return Test-π.

Cash and real Pi

Testnet amounts paid on this site are not refunded or exchanged for cash or real Mainnet Pi. You may still inquire about or request correction of a test-payment error.

Payment for a store’s products and services

Ask the store about the purchase, cancellation and return conditions agreed with it. This site does not process orders or payments for store products or hold those funds. Support accepts reports of inaccurate listings and rights violations.

Requesting cancellation or a refund

1. Select Cancellation/refund request in Support.
2. Include the store or ad name, payment and transaction IDs, time, cancellation reason and whether service use has started.
3. Check My Inquiries for the operator's reply and any requests for further information.

Store registration and three-month renewals are currently free. The test-payment terms above apply to Testnet payments. If a paid service is offered, its price, supply date, payment network, withdrawal and refund terms will be disclosed before payment. These Terms do not restrict cancellation or refund rights protected by applicable law.

Cancellation and refund terms for paid services

The community is for everyday stories and information. It does not provide used-goods sales or purchase listings, a trading marketplace or trading chat. Posting sales listings in the community is also restricted.

Store listings and advertising are separate from product sales. Visitors can contact stores directly about visiting. The site does not provide product orders, transaction confirmation, transfers, delivery or escrow. Store listings are free; separate banner ads may carry fees.

Public content can be shared using the available copy-link and share-card features. Sharing does not transfer copyright in the original text or images. Copies saved or shared by others may remain after the original is deleted from the site.

Briefings, Today’s Issues, prices and mainnet statistics are informational services. External data, automated processing and translation may contain errors or delays, so check timestamps and original sources. They are not official Pi Network announcements or guarantees of investment returns.

Contact support to request access to or deletion of old marketplace records, or to report a past issue. Records are handled under the retention rules in the privacy policy.

• False or fraudulent information, impersonation, privacy or rights violations, abuse, repeated spam, malicious comments, illegal advertising and interference with the service are prohibited.
• Investment-signal groups, referral recruitment, commercial ads, guaranteed returns, advance-payment solicitations and requests for secrets are restricted in the community. General information and visit reviews are welcome. Contact Support about advertising.
• Sales and purchase solicitations, coin trading or exchange brokerage, illegal product or service advertising, personal-data trading and unlawful intimate imagery are prohibited. Advertising in licensed or regulated sectors requires verification of the applicable requirements.
• Automated checks, reports and operator review may result in rejected submissions, hidden or deleted posts, or restrictions on posting and other functions. Passing an automated check does not guarantee that a transaction is lawful or safe.
• To appeal an incorrect block or restriction, send the relevant post or store URL and your reasons to support. The operator will review and respond.

The operator works to provide a stable service and resolve errors. External authentication, blockchain, map, price-data or network failures may delay or interrupt features. Confirmed issues are addressed through Support. This does not exclude all legal liability for the operator's intentional or negligent acts.

Confirm store information and payment conditions with the store before visiting. Contact support about site fees and advertising. Unresolved issues may be taken to the applicable dispute resolution process or competent court.

Changes to these terms will be announced in the service with their effective date. Material or unfavorable changes require adequate advance notice and any necessary consent procedure. Where applicable law provides greater user protection than these terms, that law applies.

The service agreement is governed by the laws of South Korea. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedures follow applicable law and do not exclude users' statutory rights.
