Quick guide to support and deletion requests

Sign in with Pi, select a request type, and enter a title and details. Check replies in My requests using the same account.

For deletion, select only the information you want removed and read the irreversible-deletion notice. Deleting selected information is not deletion of all data or your Pi account.

Never send wallet passphrases, private keys, passwords or ID copies.

Which region and languages are available?

Choose your language and region in the country and language settings. Service may be restricted in some countries under our operating policy. Store registration is free in supported regions.

I can’t sign in

You can sign in with your Pi account. Open the site in Pi Browser and check that you are signed in to Pi. Do not enter your wallet passphrase.

How do I chat with another member?

Send a short introduction. You can start a private conversation once they accept.

Who can register a store?

Sign in with your Pi account in Pi Browser and submit your store details and photos. Approved stores are listed free for three months. From seven days before expiry, review your details to renew free for another three months. Store news and events can also be posted free.

I cannot find my registered store

Check the listing status and service region in My Stores. Approved stores are listed free for three months. From seven days before expiry, review your details to renew free for another three months. If your store is pending review or suspended, follow the notice shown on screen.

How do I request cancellation or a refund?

Store registration and listings are free. For errors or cancellation requests involving earlier store payments or separate banner ad test payments (Testnet), include the payment details and reason. There are no automatic refunds or exchanges for cash or real Pi. Contact the merchant about purchases made at a store.

How can I access records from the discontinued PiPlace service?

The former PiPlace marketplace and its transaction chats have closed. Current member conversations remain available. Contact support to request access to or deletion of PiPlace records, or to ask about earlier reports. Records are handled according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

I want to delete my information or account

Delete posts and comments from their respective menus. To request deletion of account information, choose the scope under Data Deletion Request. Deleting PinkTalk data does not close your Pi account or other linked external accounts.

Where can I see the reply?
