Quick guide to support and deletion requests

Sign in with Pi, select a request type, and enter a title and details. Check replies in My requests using the same account.

For deletion, select only the information you want removed and read the irreversible-deletion notice. Deleting selected information is not deletion of all data or your Pi account.

Never send wallet passphrases, private keys, passwords or ID copies.

Guides and forms follow your selected language. Requests and operator replies are not automatically translated.

This selection does not automatically delete report or restriction records, platform logs or backups, browser or external caches, or copies on other devices. Also select “Whole account or other information” if needed.
