Which region and languages are available?

Choose a country and language using the globe at the top. Access to the service may be restricted in certain countries under our operating policy. Store services are currently available only for South Korea.

I can’t sign in

You can sign in with your Pi account. Open the site in Pi Browser and check that you are signed in to Pi. Do not enter your wallet passphrase.

How do I chat with another member?

After signing in, choose Request conversation on a member’s profile or New conversation in Chat. You receive five standard requests each month. Available ads can add one request each, up to five a day. Messages in accepted conversations remain free. Unused requests do not carry over.

Who can register a store?

Sign in with Pi in Pi Browser and add store details and photos. Your store is listed free for three months after approval. Confirm your details to renew for another three months, free. Store updates and events are included.

I cannot find my registered store

Check the publication status and service region under My registered stores. Approved stores are listed free for three months, with free three-month renewals after reviewing the information. Follow the notice shown if a store is awaiting review or paused.

How do I request cancellation or a refund?

Store registration and listings are free. For errors or cancellation requests involving earlier store payments or separate banner ad test payments (Testnet), include the payment details and reason. There are no automatic refunds or exchanges for cash or real Pi. Contact the merchant about purchases made at a store.

What happens to old marketplace and chat records?

The marketplace and trading chat are closed. Contact support to access or delete old records or ask about a report from before closure. Records follow the privacy policy's retention rules.

I want to delete my information or account

Delete posts and comments from their menus. For account information, choose the scope under Data deletion request. Deleting your Pink Talk data does not delete your Google or Pi account.

Where can I see the reply?

Inquiry and reply guide
